Carolyn's Story

In 2011 I was lethargic, lacked energy and had put on around 8kg in the previous 18 months. The extra weight was affecting my confidence, moods and ability to be a good partner, mother and worker.  I was highly stressed, unhappy and constantly tired.

I then decided that things had to change.  By exercising regularly and with increased intensity, and watching my food intake and portion sizes, I not only managed to lose the excess weight, but also felt fantastic, fit and healthier than I had ever been. I had more energy than I had ever had and was now able to keep up with my young daughter.  I also gained so much more confidence in my appearance and how I felt about myself.

Everyone commented on how good I looked, and how enthusiastic I was when talking about my achievement. I wanted others around me to share this feeling, so I decided to train to be a Personal Trainer so that I could educate others and allow them to feel as good as I did!

I pride myself on writing personalised and varied programs for In 2 Life Fitness clients, treating each one as an individual and working with closely with them to determine realistic goals and how they can be reached.

I am proud to now have a team of dedicated Personal Trainers worling with me who also share my philosophy on healthy living now and into the future years.  We want to help as many people as possible achieve the most they can out of life by getting fit and healthy now, so they can live longer lives free from medications and hospitals into their older years.
