Boxing is one of the ultimate ways to get real fitness. It is hard, exhausting and you will work every single muscle in your body to the maximum which enables you to see some fantastic results in your fitness and body shape. Boxing is a fantastic cardio exercise to burn that fat while having some fun.
We like to incorporate boxing into our PT sessions, not only to add some variety and fun, but to allow you to let off some steam and stress from your life! All trainers are Punchfit Registered and offer a variety of programs to help you with your weight loss, or toning up those muscles.
Boxing is one of the most demanding but also most rewarding forms of exercise training. It conditions your entire body and also makes your mind work. By adding boxing to your workout routine, you will be physically stronger as well as fitter. It is a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength.
Calorie expenditure and fat burning are very elevated during boxing as it is such a high intensity workout using large muscle groups and constantly keeps you moving. Boxing does not tend to add muscle bulk as much as tone and define muscle because it involves such high repetitions.
Boxing is a workout that can accommodate all levels of strength and fitness and can be enjoyed by beginner to advanced participants.
