There are so many benefits to training with a Personal Trainer. As qualified fitness trainers, our PT's can help you lose weight, reach or maintain a healthy weight, improve your overall conditioning, increase your fitness levels, meet your goals – all with one-on-one motivation and encouragement.  You don't need to think about what workout you need - we do all the thinking for you!

Working with a PT or qualified Fitness Leader allows you to improve your flexibility, strength, endurance, posture, balance, co-ordination as well as your cardiovascular health.

As certified Personal Trainers, we will work with you personally and create a workout plan specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals in life. You will receive intensive and on-going training, fitness assessment, nutrition counselling, guidance in setting realistic goals and expectations and encouragement during each session.

Semi Private Personal Training for 2-5 people
Not everyone enjoys working out on their own. Why not work out with a buddy, spouse or partner. Work out together using individual programs developed for each of your needs and goals, with the added bonus of a discount in price.

Personal Training sessions are held at our fully air conditioned Fitness Studio located at 51/22-30 Wallace Avenue, Point Cook.
