My Story
I became a Personal Trainer in 2012 after having my own health and weight issues. As a mum, I can relate to women and their health needs during all stages of their lives. I am extremely passionate about helping women work with their hormones and through different stages of life from pregnancy, birth, peri, and menopause, to understand how physiological stresses can impact your ability to meet your goals. I work with you to develop ways to overcome external stresses and enable you to live your best life. I want to help and educate people on being healthy and fit now so that they can live longer with a great quality of life in their older years.
