Trim & Tone Lower session uses a variety of workouts to tone and shape all muscles in the legs, butt, and hips.

Do you suffer from joint issues or pain, but still need to work on losing weight or improving your fitness? Thursday is low-intensity day - a fast-paced workout designed for all fitness levels, that is gentle on the joints and has no impact work to ensure safe movement for all bodies, but still gets you a sweaty glow. Great for those with injuries or older females wanting to burn fat without the high impact.

Specific Post-Natal movements incorporated into our morning group sessions where new mums can train in a safe and guided postnatal environment, meet other new mums, bond with baby and get specific postnatal movements based around individual needs.
