I've been training with Carolyn for over a year & joined the online group sessions in May. The classes are really fun with a mix of different exercises to get a full workout which can also be customised from beginner to advanced level. Carolyn is a great motivator, she keeps me going and is very supportive. I particularly like how she watches my technique and helps me with any modifications if I’m struggling. I’m comfortable training at home with my toddler running around but I’m still accountable to turn up & train with the team. I really enjoy exercising now! It’s lovely having the other ladies right there too so we can encourage each other through the workout. I highly recommend the online group classes with Carolyn, it’s convenient with only 30 mins required and the quality of the workout is still fantastic.

I've been training with Carolyn doing PT sessions online since April 2020. I love doing the Live Online PT sessions from home as I don’t have to go out in cold weather – with my asthma staying warm is my main concern, so I can still work out and not stress about my asthma.
l can’t wait for my training each week. It means I’m not sitting around feeling sorry for myself and I am keeping fit and my energy levels are improving. My thought processes are becoming more positive which helps reduce my depression, which is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Online PT if you are not local. Carolyn makes your workouts fun, and if there are any problems on the day, she will modify them to your needs.

Sessions are catered to each individual’s injuries even in the groups. The studio is child-friendly including knowing your child's name, greeting them with a hug, and holding them whilst they take the class and you train. “I love the Mums & Bubs classes – the online sessions have been great as I don’t need to get my baby out of bed or wake him to get to classes and there is no travel time. It’s given me something to look forward to, something that is for me, and the workouts give me more energy for the day and give structure to my week.
