5 Reasons you Need Accountability

If you have started a health program then given up, chances are you haven't had accountability to actually do the work.

If no-one is coaching you, supporting you or watching you, you can easily say "I'll do it later", then not do anything.

Here are 5 reasons why having accountability works.

1. Checking in with someone to say you have completed what you said you would means you have to do the work - which means you get the benefits of that work.

2. Being accountable creates consistency and commitment and forms new habits.

3. Checking in with someone means you can assess what worked, what didn't and make changes to ensure you stick with it going forward, rather than stopping.

4. Having a cheerleader will help you pick yourself up when you're feeling flat or can't be bothered, and you know you have someone who wants to help you succeed.

5. Success - smashing your goals and celebrating your new habits and results.

If you want accountability to get results, feel healthier, fitter, and reshape your body, check out my new Online program - I will coach you weekly and you can do the workouts in your own time with only 15 minutes needed daily and you can workout anywhere at anytime.
